Rev. Paul E. Parrish

Rev. Paul Parrish, age 75, died Friday, October 15, 2010 at his daughter's residence in Riverview. Born February 5, 1935 in Lakeland, Rev. Parrish was the son of the late Flem and Evie Parrish. Rev. Parish was the Pastor of Peace Creek Baptist Church in Bartow, and also Pastored at several different churches here in the area. He is survived by a loving family that includes his wife of 56 years Trumella Parrish, two daughters; Shurrain Holley and her husband Carl of Riverview, Terri Podsobinski of Sevierville, TN, son Eugene Parrish and his wife Kathie of Madisonville, TN, two brothers; M.J. Parrish of North Port, Lloyd Parrish of Bradley Junction, and sister Evelyn Gifun of Boston, MA. He also leaves behind nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at Peace Creek Baptist Church 3070 Highway 60 East in Bartow from 11am to 12:00noon. Services for Rev.
