Raymond H. Spieker

Raymond H. Spieker 79 of Bartow passed away on February 25, 2011 at the Lakeland Hills Center. Born in Noble City, MN he has been a Bartow resident since 1964 moving here from MN. Raymond was employed by Florida Rock for many years and was a member of the Lake Garfield Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife Helen M. Spieker and is survived his son Paul R. Spieker of Bradenton; daughter Rose M. Cryderman of Fort Meade; six sisters Sylvia Baddgor of Winbom, MN, Frances Moret of White Bear Lake, MN, Viola Weerts of Springfield, MN, Margaret Spieker of Worphingpon, MN, Sena Berkness of Welcome, MN and Beverly Spieker of Castle Rock, CO; one brother Johnny Spieker of Mankapo, MN; two grandchildren Serena Moss and Sara Pate both of Lakeland and six great great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Sunday Feb. 27, 2011 from 2-4 pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow with Funeral services to follow on Monday at 4pm also at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home.
