Lakeland - Raymond L. Cadiz, Jr., age 77, passed away on October 17, 2025, at Lakeland Regional Health and Medical Center. He was born on Saturday, August 7, 1948 in Manhattan, NY. He enjoyed watching westerns, fishing, collecting watches and traveling, especially on cruises. He was preceded in death by his son Joeneal Cadiz and sisters Carmen & Evelyn. He is survived by his wife Iris Cadiz, children Raymond Lee Cadiz (Barbara), Brian Ted Cadiz (Barbara Ann) & Giovanni Cadiz, grandchildren Shelby Frazer, Zach Linton, Caitlyn Cadiz, Charlie Howell (Brittany), Jens Cadiz, Courtney Cadiz (Crawford), Maya Cadiz, Jayden Cadiz & Logan Keeley (Taylor), great grandchildren Daisy Frazer & Aspyn Howell, sister Nelida Cadiz, brothers Hector Cadiz (Sonya), Michael Cadiz (Yvonne) & Robert Cadiz (Iris) and many nieces & nephews. Family will receive friends Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral service will be held Friday, October 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Resurrection Catholic Church. Interment will be held at Oak Hill Burial Park, Lakeland.
