Rayford L. Rhoden

Fort Meade, FL - Rayford L. Rhoden, 97, passed away Friday, April 6, 2018 at Highlands Lake Center in Lakeland. Mr. Rhoden was born December 31, 1920 in Frostproof, FL. He served in the US Navy during WWII. He was a Ranch Manager and a member of Lake Buffum Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years Nobie Margaret Rhoden and his daughter Dottie Wickersheim. He is survived by his son Harold Rhoden, daughter Betty Blades, sister Mildred Hooks, two grandsons Rob Fountain and Brad Rhoden and four great grandchildren. Graveside service will be held 10:00 am Friday, April 13, 2018, at Lake Buffum Baptist Church Cemetery, 6475 Lake Buffum Road South, Fort Meade, FL.
