Ramona Britton Guffey

Ramona Britton Guffey, age 100, passed away Thursday, February 24, 2022 in Lakeland, Fl. She was born July 15, 1921 in Sulphur Springs, TX to John & Jewell Britton. Ramona was a Secretary, where she worked in the phosphate industry and then for several different churches. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Lakeland. She was preceded in death by daughter Vicki Guffey Miller, her parents, sister Mary, brothers John & Frank. She is survived by her son Drew B. Guffey & wife Karen of Bartow and three grandchildren Brittony Guffey, Drew Guffey and Sarah Miller. Graveside service will be held 10:00 am Saturday, March 12, 2022 at Wildwood Cemetery in Bartow, FL.
