Raleigh David Fewox

Bartow - Raleigh David Fewox, age 82, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2024, at his residence in Bartow. Born on July 21, 1942, in Miami, Florida, he was a graduate of the Summerlin Institute Class of 1960 and went on to serve in the United States Air Force. Prior to retirement, David worked as a Truss Plant Manager and was employed with Imperial Lumber Company for many years. In his free time, David enjoyed spending time with fellow Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) members, line dancing, and was an avid reader. He is survived by his daughter Roberta "Robbi" Sumner (Jeff) of Okeechobee, granddaughter Shelby Sumner of Stillwater, Oklahoma, sister Joyce Sievenpiper of Lakeland, niece and nephew Tammy Van Loan and Chris Sievenpiper of Lakeland, and long-time friend Tobe Anna Robinson of Plant City. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, September 13, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. In lieu of flowers, please brighten someone's day with a random act of kindness.
