Phyllis West, age 39, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2011 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. Phyllis was born, December 23, 1971 in Okeechobee, FL, Phyllis was a homemaker and a member of Northside Baptist Church in Lakeland. She is survived by her Husband; Brian West of Lakeland, Daughter; Haley West and Son; Cody Watson, both of Lakeland. Sister; Trudy & Tim Hagwood of Lakeland Three Brothers; Robert & Christy Eubanks of Winter Haven, Randy Sellers of Winter Haven and Jacob Eubanks of Spring , TX. Mother-in-law - Martha Taylor of Oakwood, GA Numerous Nieces & Nephews. Family will receive friends Thursday, 8/4/2011 from 1 to 2 pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, 650 East Main Street in Bartow. Funeral service will be held Thursday, 8/4/2011 at 2 pm, Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Pastor Randy J. Mlinek officiating. Burial will be held at Wildwood Cemetery in Bartow, Fl.
