Phyllis J. Koch

Phyllis Moore Koch, age 86, passed away Sunday, July 12, 2015 in Lakeland. Born on May 25, 1929 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Golda Moore. Phyllis was a homemaker and had attended Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Bartow. Phyllis is survived by a loving family that includes four children: Amy Williams (John), Richard Koch (Shannon) Peter Koch, Benjamin Koch, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
