Patricia W. Windham

Patricia W. Windham 85 of St. Petersburg passed away July 2, 2009 of Heart Failure. A native of Detroit, MI. She moved to Tampa in 1945 after her marriage to Joseph M. Windham Jr. of Bartow. They moved to St. Petersburg in 1956 where Patricia has resided since. She was a Lab Technician for 30 plus years and worked for both Community Blood Bank and Pasadena Blood Bank both in St. Petersburg for 20 of those years. She was a member of The Holy Family Catholic Church in St. Petersburg. Patricia was a dedicated wife and mother and also a avid reader. She was very giving and has donated funds to the Diabled American Veterans since WWII. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph M. Windham Jr. and a sister Evelyn Buermele. She is survived by two daughters Pamela Irvin and Barbara Shank both of Bartow; one son Charles Everett Windham of St. Petersburg; two sisters Maureen Neuens and Lenore Pasquinelli both of Detroit; four grandchildren Amanda Irvin, Lindsey Shank, Joseph Shank and Nicole Shank. A funeral Mass will be held Monday, July 13, 2009 at 10:30 at the Saint Thomas Catholic in Bartow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans at P.O. Box 14301 Cincinnati, OH 45250.
