Patricia "Kristy" Cox

Patricia "Kristy" Cox, age 71, passed away Friday, July 26, 2024. She was born June 25, 1953 in Wauchula, FL to J.L. & Mary Knight. Kristy was a Respiratory Therapist at Lakeland Regional Hospital. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Wauchula. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Cox, Jr., brother Lamar Knight and sister Sylvia Campbell. Kristy is survived by her two sons Jared Cox & wife Jennifer of Bartow and Jordan Cox & wife Amanda of Lakeland, brother Richard Knight, five grandchildren Bryleigh, Lillie, Jocelyn, Jeston and Emmalee. Family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 am Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home. Memorial service will follow at 11:00 am Wednesday at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home.
