Patricia Adkinson

Mrs. Patricia Guess Adkinson died Thursday, March 22, 2007 at Bartow Regional Medical Center. She was 67. Born January 13, 1940 in Bartow, Mrs. Adkinson was a lifelong resident of Bartow. She worked as a secretary for the Polk County Extension Service. Mrs. Adkinson is preceded by her father Freeman J. Guess and her husband of 32 years, Johnny D. Adkinson. She is survived by her daughter; Janis Justus and her husband Michael, mother; Wilma Wood of Bartow, Sister; Linda Ferguson her husband Ray of Bradenton, grandsons; John Thomas Justus and James Martin Justus, granddaughter; Ima Virginia Justus, and a nephew; Paul Ray Ferguson of Ringgold, GA. Visitation was held at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Sunday, March 25, 2007 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Graveside services were held Monday, March 26, 2007 at Wildwood Cemetery at 10:00 AM.
