Oliver Nathan Sjoblom

Lakeland- Nathan Sjoblom, 58, died Sunday, February 13, 2011, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center from complications due to a stroke. Born March 2, 1952 in Winter Haven, FL, Mr. Sjoblom was a resident of Lakeland for 10 years, moving from Bartow. He was maintenance mechanic for IMC Phosphate for 20 years. He is survived by his wife Karen L. Sjoblom of Lakeland; four sons: Scott Sjoblom of Jupiter, FL; Charles Sjoblom & Daniel Sjoblom; of Bartow; James Sjoblom of Lakeland; two daughters: Sarah Sjoblom & Emily Sjoblom of Lakeland; two sisters: Lareita Shanks of Bartow & Cheryl Lockhart of Highland City; three brothers: Donnie Sjoblom; Ron Sjoblom; Ed Sjoblom all of Bartow. Family will receive friends Wednesday, February 16, 2011 from 6-8 pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, 650 E. Main Street, Bartow. Funeral services will be held Thursday 11:00 AM at Edgewood Baptist Church, 403 East Edgewood Drive, Lakeland.
