Oliver was born Monday, November 13, 2017 in Lakeland, FL, He is survived by his parents; Juan and Lenyx Palacios of Fort Meade, grandparents; Javier Macedo(Herminia) and Juan Palacios(Magdalena) and many other loving family and friends. Family will receive friends Friday, February 9, 2018 from 6 to 8 pm at McLean Funeral Home, 306 East Broadway in Fort Meade, FL. Funeral service will be held Saturday, February 10, 2018, at 10:00 am at First Church of God, 215 S. Perry in Fort Meade, FL. Interment will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Meade, FL.
