Bartow - Norma Ybarra Reyes, age 52, passed away Friday, August 20, 2021 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. Born July 3, 1969 in Cleveland, TX, Mrs. Reyes was a resident of Bartow for 46 years, moving from Cleveland, TX, She was a Para Educator for the Polk County School Board at Purcell Elementary School. She was a member of the Catholic faith. She was survived by her husband Elio Reyes, Sr. who passed away on August 26th. She is survived by her son: Elio Reyes, Jr. (Janellys), Lakeland, FL her daughter: Bryana Reyes, Bartow, her mother: Angie Ayala Ybarra, Bartow, a brother: Guadalupe Ybarra, Jr., Bartow,. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 2, 2021 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral services wlll be held Friday, September 3, 2021, at 11:00 AM at St John Neuman Catholic Church in Lakeland, FL. Interment will be held at Bartow Wildwood Cemetery.
