Norma Edith Mathis Mcdonald

Fort Meade - Norma Edith Mathis McDonald, age 91, passed away Friday, August 17, 2018. She was born June 18, 1927 in Orlando, FL to Norman and Ella Mathis. Norma was a Lunchroom Manager at Lake Elbert Elementary School in Winter Haven. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband; Walter Thomas McDonald, two sons; Tommy McDonald, Warren McDonald and daughter; Caroline Lou McDonald-Wood.She is survived by her two daughters; Jane Farrer (Danny) and Jean McDonald both of Sebring, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends Monday, August 20, 2018 from 5 to 7 pm at McLean Funeral Home in Fort Meade. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 21, 2018, at 10:00 am at McLean Funeral Home with Pastor Jimmy Jones officiating. Interment will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Meade, FL.
