Noemi Lopez

Winter Haven - Noemi Lopez, age 76, passed away at home on October 18, 2023. She was born August 16, 1947, in Puerto Rico. She worked as a teacher for early childhood education in Henry Street Settlement. She was a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance church and served as a Sunday School teacher and Superintendent of Christian Education for many years. She enjoyed reading scripture, learning, and was a dedicated wife and mother. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Wilfredo Lopez, her children, Edward Lopez, Sonia Collazo, Damaris Lopez and Gabriel Lopez, as well as thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral service will be held Saturday, October 21, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home. The Interment will be held in Puerto Rico. Condolences to family at www.whiddenmcleanfuneralhome.com
