Nina Donahue

BARTOW - Nina Donahue passed away on January 13, 2018 at her home, following a lengthy illness. Nina was born in L’Anse Michigan in 1922. She moved to the Detroit area and worked for many years as a nurse.  She retired to Florida and was a long-time resident of the Floral Lakes community. Nina is preceded in death by her husband John Donahue; brother Wallace Grace; sister Gertrude Dault; and sister Aurelia Grace. She is survived by her sister Junice Keane and many nieces and nephews.  A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 19 at 2 p.m. at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Bartow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Nina’s name to Vitas Healthcare, 6850 New Tampa Highway, Suite 600, Lakeland, FL 33815.
