Nicholas Lazorko

Nicholas Lazorko, age 79, passed away Saturday, April 22, 2017 in Lakeland. Born in Bartow on July 19, 1937, he was the son of the late Nicholas and Helen Lazorko. Mr. Lazorko worked in the construction industry as a heavy equipment operator, mostly with American Construction and Falcon Construction of Bartow. Mr. Lazorko is preceded in death by his with Patricia Lazorko in 2016. He is survived by a loving family that includes his four children: Darlene Lazorko Cotton, Donna Moody, Edward Lazorko (Hobbit), Emory Lazorko (Danetta), and his step sons: William Schroyer (Shirley), Robert Schroyer (Karen). He also leaves behind his siblings: Helen Harris, Grace Lazorko, Louis Lazorko, along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Friday, April 28th from 10am to 11am at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am at the funeral home chapel.
