Nathan "Bruce" Bowden

Bartow - Nathan "Bruce" Bowden, age 76, passed away April 5, 2022, at Bartow Regional Medical Center. He was born on May 23, 1945, in Bartow. Bruce worked as an Operations Manager in the Phosphate Industry for over forty years. He was very passionate about his career and often spoke about the people he met along the way. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, raising, and working livestock, and spending time with his family. Bruce was preceded in death by his wife Sharon Bowden, daughter Beverly Berringer, parents Nathan and Jeannette Bowden, and sister Carolyn Hodson. He is survived by a loving family that includes his daughter Jennifer Register (Mike), grandchildren Nathan Register, Nicholas Register, Noah Register, Jayden Register & Casey Berringer, sister Mary Manierre, nieces & nephews Rod Manierre, Michael Manierre, Cindy Manierre, Stephie Chroback & Meri Craver Borin, son in law Andy Berringer and many cousins.
