Mike Boswell

Mike Boswell, age 79, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2026 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 30, 1946 in McHenry, KY to Thomas & Claudia Boswell. Mike was a Veteran in the US Army during the Vietnam war. He was a Chemical Lab technician for IMC Phosphate. Mike was an avid fisherman and was a member of Member of Fin & Feather since 1980. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Donna Boswell and brother-in-law Steve Poiles. Mike is survived by his two sons Derek Boswell (Barbara) and Chris Boswell both of Bartow, brother Thomas Boswell (Ann) of Greenwood, SC, three sisters Sandra Shannonhouse (Dick) of Atlanta, GA, Peggy Cross (B.G.) of Ann Arbor, MI and Joan Rawlings of Simpsonville, SC. Five grandchildren Michael Boswell (Sadie), Kaitlyn Boswell, Casey Boswell, Christopher Boswell (Hannah) and Landon Boswell, also two great granddaughters Margot and Verra and his companion Terri Humphrey. Family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm Friday, April 10, 2026 at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home.
