Michael D. Price

Miami - Michael D. Price, age 66, passed away on June 1, 2024, in Bartow, FL. He was born on August 7, 1957, in Bartow, FL. Mike was a man of many accomplishments, but even more so, one of boundless kindness. No matter your station in life, all people mattered to Mike, and he would do whatever he could to be there for others in ways great and small. A graduate of Florida State and Auburn Universities, Mike was an accomplished CPA and a greatly admired Chief Financial Officer for several companies, including Noven Pharmaceuticals in Miami. He enjoyed golfing, traveling, culinary experiences, and spending time with his family and friends, none more so than with his beloved sons, Rob and Tanner. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jennings Knox and Pauline (Fleming) Price. He is survived by a loving family that in addition to his sons, Tanner J. Price & Robert M. Price, includes brother Doug Price and wife Penny Price, sister Paula Edelson and husband Bryce Edelson, nephews and nieces Joshua Martin, Amy Romleski, Stephen Price, Katelyn Edelson & Lane Edelson. Family will receive Friends on Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 3:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Wildwood Cemetery, Bartow.
