Mr. Michael Ray Locklear, 42, a native and lifelong resident of Bartow, died Saturday, February 17, 2007 at Bartow Regional Medical Center of heart failure. He attended Bartow First Assembly of God. He is survived by two sons: Anthony Locklear and Christopher Locklear, both of Titusville; mother: Bobbie "Pat" Lee of Bartow; brother: David "Hap" Blanton of Bartow; sister: Lisa Fernandez of Ocoee; Family will receive friends Friday, Feb 23, 2-3 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, 650 East Main St, Bartow. Services will follow at 3 PM at the funeral home.
