Michael R. Lasalle Sr.

Fort Meade - Michael R. LaSalle , Sr., age 66, passed away on August 21, 2025, at Bartow Regional Medical Center. He was born on April 22, 1959, in Queens, NY. He was a Plumber for the Polk County School Board for 39 years. He enjoyed going to the beach, horseback riding and cruises. He was preceded in death by his parents Rocco & Theresa LaSalle and brother Rocco LaSalle III. He is survived by his son Michael LaSalle , Jr., siblings Ellen Verdile (Tom), Lynn Woerner, Patricia Benkowich, Richard LaSalle (Eugenia) & Margaret Jackson (William) and many nieces & nephews. Family will receive friends Monday, August 25, 2025, from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Lake Wales Memorial Gardens, Lake Wales.
