Melvin Pearson

Mulberry- Melvin Pearson went home to be with the Lord on August 3, 2026. He was born on January 15, 1940, in Avon Park, Florida. He retired from the Board of County Commissioners, Polk County as a Supervisor for Road Maintenance. He was an active member of First Baptist Church of Mulberry. He is preceded in death by his parents John & Leola Pearson, sons Larry Pearson & Charles McIntyre, daughter in law Antionette McIntyre, sister Barbara Sampson, sister-in-law Sue Pearson, and brother-in-law Donald Enfusse. Melvin is survived by his wife Margaret Pearson, sons Christopher Pearson & wife April & Ronald Pearson, brother John Pearson, sister Margaret Enfusse, grandchild Renee (Nick), great grandchild Alex, and many nieces & nephews. Family will receive friends Monday, August 10, 2026, from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Mulberry. Funeral service will be held Monday, August 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Mulberry. Interment will be held at Hopewell Memorial Gardens, Plant City.
