Mary Sharp

Lakeland - Mary Sharp, age 88, passed away on June 1, 2022, at her residence in Lakeland. She was born on April 26, 1934, in Daytona Beach, FL. She was a Switchboard Operator for AT&T. She enjoyed wood working, sewing and painting. Most of all she enjoyed sunflowers, yellow roses, and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband Don Sharp & brother Ralph Yarbrough. She is survived by a loving family that includes her daughters Debra Smith (Frank) of Lakeland & Aprile Haubenreich (Richard) of Land O Lakes, sons J.R. Sharp of Deland & Glenn Sharp of Deland, sister Lucille Baltzegar of New Smyrna, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Family will receive friends Sunday, June 5, 2022, from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral service will be held Monday, June 6, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Oak Hill Burial Park, Lakeland.
