Mary G. Morgan

Mary G. Morgan, age 91, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2012 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center of natural causes. Born November 25, 1921 in Viropa, WV, Mrs. Morgan was a resident of Lakeland two years. She and her husband Robert were residents of Clearwater, Fl. for many years, She moved to Brevard, NC after her husband's death. She was a bookkeeper and comptroller for many years. She was a volunteer for the Polk County School Board Pre-School program, She volunteered for the Sun Coast Hospital in Clearwater, and the Indian Rocks Public Library. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 41 years, Robert O. Morgan. She is survived by three sons: Bob Morgan (Becci) of Tampa; Harry Morgan (Nancy) of Bartow; & Mike Morgan (Ginger) of Brevard, NC; 11 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held Friday, January 4, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church 355 S. Florida Ave, Bartow. Interment will be held in Bridgeport Cemetery, Bridgeport, WV.
