Lakeland - Mary Loretta Hess, age 73, passed away Friday, July 31, 2026. She was born November 3, 1952 in Mentor, OH to Herman & Mary Blum. Mary was a Transcriptionist for Lakeland Regional Medical Center. She was a member of the Church of God. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Larry D. Hess and daughter Michelle Hess. She is survived by her son Gene Hess & wife Tina of Lakeland, sister Sylvia Molton, brother Herman Blum and two grandchildren Shelby Messex and Myla Hess.
