Mary Randall Courson

Mary Randall Courson, age 89, passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2015 in Bartow. Born November 1, 1925 in Bartow, Mary was the daughter of the late William Arnold and Ethel (Locke) Randall. Mary was a longtime member of the Bartow Church of God. She worked for many years as the Assistant Manager of the lunchroom at Bartow High School. She also worked as a Sales Clerk at the Family Dollar Store and Goodyear in Bartow. Mary is preceded in death by two husbands: Robert Agnew and Quinton Courson, Sr. and her daughter Suzie Carvajal. She is survived by two grandsons: John Carvajal (Tiffanie) of Lakeland, Joe Carvajal (Julia) of Fort Mill, SC, her step children: Linda K. O'Neal of Lake Placid, Quinton E. Courson, Jr. of Crestview, a sister Mila R. Martin of Homeland, several step grandchildren, nieces Sherri Herbert, Pam Combee, Terri Marie Arrington, along with many other nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday, January 30, 2015 from 6PM to 8PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow. Funeral services will follow Saturday the 31st at 10:00AM at the funeral home chapel.
