Marjorie J. Priddle

In loving memory of Marjorie J. Priddle, born Jan. 1, 1926 in Sanford, Florida. Marjorie was called home on June 5, 2010. She died at Highland Lake Center in Lakeland due to heart failure. She lived in Bartow moving from Sanford 42 years ago. She was a member of Holy Trinity Church in Bartow where she had served as a vestry member and faithful servant of the Altar Guild for 38 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wyndham E. Priddle and parents, Joseph Videl and Ella Lea Jones. She is survived by two sisters: Judy Moore of Orange City and Joyce Layton of Kiev, Ukraine, One brother, Randall Jones of Orlando, Daughters: Karen Priddle and Jill Barr (Les) of Bartow. Marjorie was "Nana" to her three grandchildren: Jeff Barr (Kim,) Leslie Clay (Theo,) and Jonathan Barr, She was "Big Nana" to her four great-grandchildren, Taylor Barr, Theo Clay Jr., Brianna Clay, and Tyson Clay, all of Bartow. Family will receive friends on Thursday, June 10th from 5:00-6:00 p.m. at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church at 500 West Stuart St. in Bartow.
