He is survived by his wife Barbara Holbert of Fort Meade. Son; Marion "Blaine" Holbert, Jr. of Middletown, OH. Daughter; Patricia "Lynn" Napier & Billy of Middletown, OH. Sister; Hester Wallace. Two stepsons; James Royce & Connie of Middletown, OH and Robert Karl Royse & Tami of Wahneta, FL. Six Grandchildren.
