Marilyn E. Stark-Huffman

Winter Haven - Marilyn E. Stark-Huffman, age 89, passed away on January 19, 2026, at her residence in Winter Haven. She was born on March 5, 1936, in Hammond, IN. She was a Teacher for the Crete Monee School District 201-U. She was a lifelong member of The Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed reading, traveling, gardening, decorating, and shopping antiques. Above all else, she cherished her family, her faith, and her involvement with her church. She was preceded in death by her husband Lyell Wallace Stark and parents Lewis Maxwell Conrad & Mary Francis Conrad (Bosley). She is survived by her husband Ronald Huffman of Winter Haven, sons Lyell Stark (Christine) of Winter Haven & Lewis Stark (Allison) of Gainesville, GA, grandchildren Lyell R. Stark (Amber) of Bourbonnais, IL, Landon Stark (Erica) of Duluth, MN, Kyle Stark of Summerville, SC, Carly Stark of Gainesville, GA & Jamie Stark of Nashville, TN, great grandchildren Owen Stark of Bourbonnais, IL & Fiona Stark of Bourbonnais, IL, sister Suzanne Guyer (Gale) of Winter Haven and nieces Julie Close (Steve) of Lakeland & Gretchen Harchick (Carl) of Lake Wales. Family will receive friends Monday, January 26, 2026, from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Winter Haven First Church of The Nazarene.
