Marie Shetley Noland

Marie Shetley Noland, age 83, passed away Friday, May 2, 2025 in Port Charlotte, FL She was born July 7, 1941 in Madison County, NC to Floyd & Edna Shetley. Marie was a Computer Programmer for NASA. She was a member of Fort Meade Methodist Church, Oakview Lakes Homeowners Association and American Cancer Society Relay for Life Volunteer. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ted Noland and sister Susan Boyd. Marie is survived by her son Myron Noland & wife Paula of Port Charlotte, FL and sister Jacqueline Reno & husband John of Waynesville, NC. Family will receive friends from 9:00 am to 10:00 am Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at Fort Meade Methodist Church, 135 E Broadway Street in Fort Meade, FL. Memorial service will follow at 10:00 am Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at Fort Meade Methodist Church. Interment will be held at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
