Margie Ann Minton

Lake Buffum- Margie Ann Minton, age 66, died Saturday, October 9, 2010, at her residence of cancer. Born November 6, 1943 in Lakeland, FL, Mrs Minton was a lifelong resident of the area. She was a seamstress for Findlay Industries for several years. She attended the Medulla Baptist Church in Lakeland. She is survived by her husband: Ray Minton of Lake Buffum, 3 daughters: Darnella "Jean" Westerfield & husband Jeff of Hartford, KY; Tracy D. Padula & husband Jim of Bartow; Shirley A. Feeback of La Porte, TX; brother: Robert Lee Gilbert & wife Betty Jo of NC; & 6 Grandchildren: Jeremy Westerfield & wife LeAnn, Jessica Westerfield, Jonmark, Emily & Abby Feeback and Dawson Padula. Family will receive friends Wednesday, Oct 13, 6-8 pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral service will be held Thursday at 10:00 am at the funeral home.
