Margie Bonita Gatlin, age 78, of Highland City, Fla., died Thursday, October 1, 2009, at her Home. Born October 8, 1930 in Lake Garfield, Florida, Mrs. Gatlin was a lifelong resident of the area. She attended the First Baptist Church of Highland City. She was preceded in death by her first husband: Teddy Lowrey & a granddaughter: Wendi Kos. She is survived by her husband: Fountain C. Gatlin of Highland City; 3 daughters: Shirley B. & husband Bobby Dyer of Clarksville, Ga; Sharon & husband Steve Kos of Tuba City, Ariz; Sherry & husband Mark Henry of Eagle Lake, Fla; 4 grandchildren: Carla & husband Mark McDaniel of Lakeland; Danita Raulerson of Lakeland; Jared Henry & Jori Henry both of Eagle Lake; 6 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Monday, October 5, 2009, 6-8 pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow.
