Margaret Wiley Lane

Margaret Wiley Lane, age 76, passed away on Sunday, February 28. 2021 in Winter Haven. Born July 19, 1944 in Haines City, she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Thelma (Carter) Wiley. Mrs. Lane was a Baptist and retired from the Polk County School Board, where she was a Computer Operator for many years. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Wayne Lane in 2007. She is survived by a loving family that includes her children: Dawn Franz (Richard) of Winter Haven, Deborah McClelland of Winter Haven, Glenn "Chip" Lane (Clarissa) of Laredo, TX, her siblings: Doris Cotton, Earl Wiley, Ed Wiley, Dorothy Vinti, and Terry Wiley. She also leaves behind her grandchildren: Maddie Franz, Morgan Franz, Lane McClelland, Mac McClelland, and Kacie McClelland along with many other extended family and friends. A private family memorial will be held.
