Lucile Lyle Hastings

Lucile Lyle Hastings, age 99, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025 in San Antonio, TX. She was born Friday, November 6, 1925 in Bartow, FL to William & Elizabeth Lyle. Lucile graduated from Bartow Summerlin Institute. She was a Deputy Clerk for the Polk County Clerk of Cicuit Court. Lucile was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was preceded in death by her husband Reaves Eugene "Gene" Hastings. Lucile is survived by her two daughters Caren E Nielsen and husband Terry and Patricia L Smith and husband Allan both of San Antonio, TX, nine grandchildren and twenty-eight great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Wednesday, January 22, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow, FL.
