Louise (Peggy) Scott

Mrs. Louise (Peggy) Scott passed away March 27, 2021 at the home of her daughter, Lois in Fort Meade, FL. Louise (Peggy) Scott was 86. She lived in Rocky Mount, VA until 1971, when she moved to Florida. She worked for the Polk County School system for 35 years. She was a Christian. She is preceded in death by her parents, D.E. Cooper and Etta Cooper, her brothers: Edgar Cooper, Frank Cooper, Lonnie Cooper, Woodsie Cooper, her sisters: Delma Mason and Nell Fralin. Her nieces Frances Mason and Linda Wray, her father-in-Law Lewis Scott Sr., Mother-in-Law Minnie Ruth Scott, brother-in-Law Don Scott, nephew Eddie Scott, Grandson James Cooper Scott and her husband of 48 years, Lewis Scott, Jr. She is survived by her Daughter Cindy Scott (Bob Lingo) VA; Lewis Scott (Lisa), Miss; Lois Langston (Don) FL; Richard Scott (Gina) TN. Sister-In-Law Pat Doughton, VA; Niece Jean Carter, CA; Niece Judy Crook (John), VA; Nephew Sammy Scott, VA; Cousin Shirley Cooper, VA. Grandchildren Lara Quinn (John); Jason Langston (Marta), Bryan Langston (Lacey); Grace Wise, Kendall Wise, Maddie Scott; Jarrett Scott, Justis DiSarro, Mia DiSarro. Great Grandchildren Asher and Wyatt Quinn, Haylen, Henley and Conner Langston, extended family Mary Scott and Fitzhugh Sthreshley, along with many other close family and friends. There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
