Louisa Gloria Jewell

Louisa Gloria Jewell, age 85, passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022. She was born October 8, 1936 in Brooklyn, NY to Giovanni & Norina Vaccaro, Louisa worked in Fort Meade School cafeterias. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Bartow. She was preceded in death by her husband Claude Jewell. She is survived by her daughters, Sallyann J. Haedo & husband Roger of Fort Meade and Norina Fernandez & husband Rudy, Sr. of Bartow. five grandchildren, Marvin (Britany), Monica (Joseph), Christina (Randy), Rudy Jr. and Juliann, six great grandchildren, Eowyn, Sonya, Iain, Bryson, Jordan and Jayden. Family will receive friends Saturday, January 15, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at McLean Funeral Home in Fort Meade, FL. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 15, 2022, at McLean Funeral Home. Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Meade, FL.
