Lorine V. Palmer

Lorine V. Palmer, age 88, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2015 at her residence in Mulberry. Born September 18, 1926 in Eagle Lake, FL, Mrs. Palmer was a resident of Mulberry for 5 years, moving from Bartow, She was a sectionizer for Ben Hill Griffin Citrus for many years. She was a member of the Scott Lake Baptist Church in Lakeland and a former member of the Bartow First Baptist Church. Mrs Palmer is preceded in death by her husband: O.B. Palmer and daughter: Sara Heckman. She is survived by a son Jack Palmer ( Nancy) of Vero Beach, FL and a daughter Betty Bailey (David) of Mulberry. four grandchildren; five great grandchildren & two great great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Wednesday, July 8, 2015 from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Wildwood Cemetery.
