Loren P. Walsh

Loren P. Walsh, age 80, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2021 in Bartow. Born September 7, 1940 in Riverside, Iowa, he was the son of the late Bernard and Velma (Thoman) Walsh. Mr. Walsh was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He retired from Mosaic after many years of service as an Instrument Technician. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Willadean Walsh, son, James Griffey, Jr., daughter, Lisa Walsh, and three siblings. He is survived by his children: Patricia Griffin (James) of Cairo, GA, Pamela Turner of Bartow, Debra Jones of Lakeland and Joseph Titus of Lakeland. He also leaves behind his brother, Gary Walsh of Riverside, IA, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 24th from 10am to 11am at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am at the funeral home chapel.
