Loraine Early

Loraine Early, age 85, passed away from heart failure, Wednesday, October 16, 2013 in Lakeland. Born January 29, 1928 in Mount Pleasant, PA, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Anna May Snider. Mrs. Early worked as a bookkeeper for Southeastern Construction and Omega Steel in Bartow for many years. Loraine was a member of Victory Assembly of God in Lakeland and attended the First Assembly of God of Bartow. She was active in the Ladies' Prayer Groups for both churches. She invested many hours in prayer for different folks in Florida and Ohio. Mrs. Early is preceded in death by her first husband, Patsy Goss and her daughter Donna May Goss. Loraine is survived by her husband, Carl Early of Bartow, three sons; Gary Goss (Patsy) of Bartow, Pat Goss of Lakeland, Timothy Goss (Gloria) of Memphis, TN, her stepson, Stephen D. Early (Janice) of Tallahassee, and step daughter Diane Crumbaker (Alex) also of Tallahassee. She also leaves behind 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, her sister Wanda Waggoner of Winter Haven, and her brother Jim Snider of Grove City, OH. The family will receive friends from 10 am to 11 am Sat. October 19th at the First Assembly of God of Bartow, 915 S. Broadway Ave. in Bartow , Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Early's honor to the First Assembly of God of Bartow, 915 South Broadway Ave., Bartow, FL 33830.
