He is survived by his mother; Evelyn DeVane Barefoot, father; Robert Lee DeVane, son; Robert B. DeVane and brother; Tommy DeVane & wife Sandra. Family will receive friends Monday, February 3, 2020 from 10 to 11 am at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow 11:00 am Monday, February 3, 2020, at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home with Chaplain Tom Johnson officiating. Interment will be held at Wildwood Cemetery in Bartow.
