Lola C. Holder

Mrs. Lola "Granny" Holder, age 85, died Thursday, February 11, 2010 at home in Bartow. Mrs. Holder was born on September 25, 1924 in Lake Wales. She was a homemaker and a longtime member of Vine Street Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband James Leroy Holder. She is survived by three sons; James E. Holder (Fances) of Royal Ranch, James L. Holder, Jr. of Alturas, Kenneth L. Holder of Bartow, and four daughters; Geraldine Hicks of Reliance, TN, Debra S. Atkison (Felix) of Bartow, Pamela G. Schrader (Terry) of Alturas, Joyce Kelley (Ray) of Grand Rapids, MN, and Juanita Rewis (Eugene) of Lakeland. She also leaves behind twenty-three grandchildren, forty-five great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday, February 15th from 10am to 11am at the Vineyard Church of God, 490 West Vine Street in Bartow. Funeral services will follow immediately at 11:00am also at the church.
