Linda Pope, age 75, passed away Friday, March 14, 2025. She was born February 28, 1950 in Fort Meade, FL to Grady & Ruth Prine. She was a Homemaker. Linda was a member of Gandy Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Lester L. Pope, Sr. Linda is survived by her daughter Ruth Samuel & husband Alan of Bartow, three sons Barry Pope & wife Corrie of Alturas, Lester Pope, Jr. of Gainesville and Ronnie Pope of Winter Haven, three grandchildren Olivia Pope, Landon Pope and Evan Samuel and great granddaughter Sophia Driesler. Family will receive friends Friday, March 21, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow, FL. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 am Friday, March 21, 2025, at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home. Burial will be held at Gandy Cemetery in Connersville, FL.
