Lewis Roy Lee

Lee Roy Lewis, age 89, passed away June 25, 2020 in Lakeland. Born April 23, 1931 in Jackson County, FL, he was the son of the late Andrew Preston and Alice (Pinkerton) Lewis. Mr. Lewis was a longtime area resident and retired from F.S. Royster where he was a Shift Supervisor. Lee was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Korean War era. He is preceded in death by wife Mary Jeanette Lewis in 2008. He is survived by two daughters: Cathy Jones (Sim) of Mulberry, Glenda Cumbee (Wesley) of Clayton, AL,, two grandchildren: Patrick Jones, Joshua Cumbee, and four great grandchildren: Jaiden, Brooke, Blake and Piper. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 29th at 10:00am at Wildwood Cemetery in Bartow.
