Lester C. Russell

Lester C. Russell 64 of Bartow passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at Bartow Regional Medical Center. Born in Bartow he was a lifelong resident of the area and was a Transport Driver for Texa Gas Company in Bartow. Lester was Member of the First Assembly of God in Bartow and a Viet Nam Marine Corp Veteran. He also enjoyed working in his yard. He was preceded in death by a infant child Sheila Russell and a sister Connie Altman. He is survived by his Fiance Betsy Kemp of Bartow; two sons Phillip and Paul; sister Judy Russell of Henderson, Nevada; brother Richard Russell of Bartow and several grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 1st at 11am at the Bowling Green Cemetery in Bowling Green, FL.
