Leopold A. Maynard, Jr.

Leopold A. "Paul" Maynard, Jr., age 74, passed away Friday, November 27, 2015 at his home in Bartow. Born December 24, 1940 in Norwalk, CT, he was the son of the late Leopold A, Maynard, Sr. and Violet Maynard. Mr. Maynard retired from the U.S. Army after 22 years of service, including serving the the Vietnam War. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Alturas. Paul is survived by a loving family that includes his wife of 22 years Virginia Maynard of Bartow, his children: Marion Wilma Maynard of Germany, William J. Maynard (Natalya) of Orlando, his step children: Tony Lee Fuller (Renate), and Joseph W. Fuller (Dawn) all of Orlando. He also leaves behind his brother John W. Maynard (Pat), his sister Jeanne A. Nation (Danny) all of Auburndale, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
