Lee Marvin Johns

Lee Marvin Johns, age 80, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2025. He was born January 29, 1945 in Venice, FL to George & Eunice Johns. He was a Dietitian at Polk General Hospital. He was a loving father, husband, grandfather and great grandfather. Lee strongly loved any and everyone, he never met a stranger. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Carol Johns, daughter Crystal Carmichael and his parents. Lee is survived by his son Samuel L Johns (Kimberly) of Ona, adopted daughter Pamela Smith of Zolfo, grandchildren Kendal (Jessie), Crystal (Jonny), Shelby (Cole), Haleigh, Savanna, Savanah Skie and Katelynn, great grandchildren Paityne, Brynleigh, Kinsley, Hadley and Barrett. Family will receive friends Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow, FL. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 am Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home. Burial will be held at Gandy Cemetery in Connersville, FL.
