Lawrence Rupert Wills

Mr. L. Rupert Wills, age 88, of Lake Buffum, FL., died Friday, February 2, 2007, at Lake Wales Medical Center of Heart Failure. Mr. Wills owned & operated Superior Roofing Inc. and Seneca Iron Works Inc. in Hallendale, FL. He was Baptist and was a member of the Masonic Lodge #121 in Bowling Green. He also was a collector of Antique Clocks. He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Verenamonte Flanagan Wills. He is survived by his Daughter, Beverly Wills (Husband, Mike) of Bradenton, FL. Two Sons, Rupert & Terrie Allen Willis of Liberty, SC. David & Linda Wills of Cooper City, FL. Five Grandchildren, Kerri Wills of Washington DC, Elizabeth Darty of Bowling Green, FL., Roger Darty of Bowling Green, FL., Dustin Darty of Ona, FL., Timothy Darty of Ona, FL., and Two Great Grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by McLean Funeral Home, 306 East Broadway, Fort Meade, FL. The family will receive friends Thursday from 1 to 2 pm and the Service will follow at 2:00 pm at McLean Funeral Home. Interment will be at Bowling Green Cemetery in Bowling Green, FL.
