Laura A. Lewis

Mrs. Laura Anderson Lewis, 93, of Frostproof, FL, died Wednesday, 3/19/08, at Palm Garden of Winter Haven. She was born in Lake Buffum on March 4, 1915 to Moses and Eva Anderson and was a lifelong resident of Frostproof. She was nurses' station attendant at Citrus World in Lake Wales, and enjoyed cooking & gardening. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Bennie Lewis in 1989. Survivors include her son, Gene Lewis and wife B-Annie of Frostproof, FL, Daughter Sylvia Patten and Husband Bob of Palm Beach Gardens, FL. One grandson, Ben Lewis and wife Linda of Winter Haven. Arrangements are being handled by McLean Funeral Home, 306 East Broadway, Fort Meade, FL. Funeral service will be at Lake Buffum Baptist Church at 2:00 PM Monday, March 24, 2008 , Rev.
